How long is an appointment?

New Clients should expect appointments to be approximately 90 minutes in duration and appointments thereafter are approximately 45-60 minutes in length.

What is your payment policy?

Currently payment is accepted via cash, cheque, or e-transfer only. There is no credit card or debit machine on site.

Where are you located?

We are currently based in Calgary, Alberta and offer in-person appointments only. The studio address will be shared upon booking.

Do I bring anything to an appointment?

Please bring all supplements and medications that you are currently taking. These will be reviewed in the appointment for informational purposes.

What are your Covid-19 policies?

Do not come to an appointment if you believe you have Covid-19 or symptoms resembling Covid-19. The studio is cleaned after each appointment. Please ensure you follow the current mask guidelines.

What is your Mobility access?

Please note there are 5 stairs coming into the studio.
